A lovely stay!

The room design incorporated modern features. The tv provided access to youtube. The hotel's location allowed convenient access to a nearby mall. I loved the atmosphere within the hotel.
The check-in process was a little slow due to limited staff at reception. this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The fitness center included three treadmills alongside two stationary bikes, providing options for exercise. The pool area offered twenty comfortable loungers. Guests could relax in a shaded section near the pool too.

The breakfast buffet presented various fruits, breads, and salads, perfect for a healthy start. Guests can enjoy hot options such as fried eggs and sausages. The food was AMAZING!!!

the location was pretty good because it was close to the train station and a shopping mall. it was a short walk from krakow-glowny train station. the reception staff communicates well and used english, i liked that. the hotel has modern rooms and a beautiful reception area.
the room i received was facing northeast, i could hear the trains passing. cars driving on lubicz street were also audible. the room do not meet 4-star hotel standards because the noise reduces sleep quality. the air conditioning was set to the maximum, but the room only warmed up to 22 degrees.

The staff provided helpful service. The location is very close to the train station (it saved me lots of time).
My room faced the train tracks and i could clearly hear the trains. The sound insulation was not adequate for a comfortable sleep.
